My name is Mallory. I am a North Carolina native. I graduated University in 2011 with my A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and B.S. in Culinary Nutrition. After working in the restaurant business for a few years in Raleigh, I decided to move abroad. I lived in South Korea from 2013 - 2016.
